Shipping
USPS-Priority mail, usually ships in 3-4 business days, some locations will take longer unfortunately. Also UPS 2-3 BUISNESS DAYS OR FED EX FOR FASTER DELIVERY SERVICE. United States Postal Service priority mail orders are not traceable or insurable and can take up to 30 business days for delivery. All shipping cost will be added to your billing invoice. Festival lights are not responsible for any shipping cost accept for defective product only. Festival lights is not responsible for damage during shipping, a claim with the carrier will have to be filed for reimbursement of damaged items. All orders will be carefully and securely packaged for safe delivery. Festival lights are not responsible for lost orders; a claim with tracking number will have to be reported to locate for delivery.
Orders
All orders are subject to availability, you will be notified at time of order of any out of stock items, and when they will be back in stock. All orders will ship the next business day after initial order is placed.
Return Policy
Although strict quality control by the manufacturer and careful handling by Festival lights is always practiced occasionally a product will be defective or damaged. If damaged by the carrier you will have to file a claim to receive credit for product.
Defective Products
You will have 5 days to return defective products back to Festival Lights, and also be responsible for shipping cost back to us. Please note after careful inspection, we will deem weather a product is defective. We will not refund or replace products do to damage caused by customers from misuse, abuse or carelessness do to tearing, dropping, pulling, swinging, or banging that will cause damage. You are responsible for changing batteries, which does not qualify as a defect. It is very easy to detect damaged product and determine if it is defective or damaged by customer. All defects must be returned within 5 days from purchase and a copy of invoice is mandatory for return. If product is defective, we will ship a replacement or issue a credit off next order. If damaged by customer and deemed non-defective, you will be responsible for shipping cost of damage product back to you. Our goal is for 100% customer satisfaction however there is a zero tolerance policy on returned products damaged by users.
Method of Payment
We accept Visa and MasterCard. Credit card orders must be shipped to the same address as the credit card billing address.
